Lose Five Stone in Four Months Challenge for Cancer Research

Absolutely buzzing this morning.
We’ve now hit the 4 stone loss target in just over two and half months. ( started at 22.3 stone now at 18.2 stone )
It’s been an amazing experience and one that I wished I had done twenty years ago.
I can’t thank my good friend and coach Jules for guiding me through this, with him I just know I wouldn’t of got myself doing this.
Also a big thank you to everyone out there so far that has supported me with support and donations as we try and raise as much as possible for #CancerResearchUK
