Lots of things.
Agility and reflexes need to be sharp, core strength needs to be in place which is a massive part of dealing with crosses, managing 1v1’s and catching the ball.
Footwork needs to be on point to enable better positioning - which is the most important part of goalkeeping in my opinion.
Also mental fitness is imperative to have command of the area and to make good decisions in key moments.
