Thank you to Cheltenham Town Football Club.
As a stags supporter with a disability I thought I would share my experience at Whaddon Road yesterday.
When I arrived I was giving clear directions to a disabled parking bay which is near the ticket office.
I should have pre booked a space but hadn't.
There was no charge made for disabled parking, which was a nice touch.
Ticket office staff were extremely helpful and offered a range of seating arrangements in any part of the ground that I felt able to access.
I chose to be in the away end with the rest of the 400 plus stags fans.
I was offered a discounted concessionary ticket for £15. My carer had to pay £21 entrance fee though this was quickly refunded in line with the CTFC policy.
I would suggest that if you have a none visible disability that you may need to explain this on the gate.
I was able to choose any seat with my carer.
I could not see any level access loos but found ones I could use. They wouldn't have been suitable for wheel chair access.
The club does have wheel chair accessible loos in the Colin Farmer stand.
Two of the stewards checked in with me to see if I was ok which was nice, though they weren't aware of the club's policy on accessibility.

The club is clearly trying to make everyone feel welcome.
Well done.
