I’m with the chairman on this one - I want a top three finish.

We are a striker away in my opinion.

No, another 10 points or so from the next 25 games and we'll have a chance of stopping up ;)

I'm assuming 81 points will be enough for automatic promotion, TOP 3 finish.

Current Table
PLD.....W......D.....L......PTS.......PPG
21.......9......11....1.......38.......1.81

Required for 81 points
PLD.....W.....D.......L......PTS......PPG
25......14.....1......10......43.......1.72
25......13.....4.......8.......43.......1.72
25......12.....7.......6.......43.......1.72
25......11.....10.....4.......43.......1.72
25......10.....13.....2.......43.......1.72
25.......9.....16.....0........43.......1.72

Based on our current PPG 1.81 we would finish on 83 points, which is usually Top 3 :D .

In our last 10 league games we've averaged PPG 2.2

Only 1 defeat in Flitcroft's last 26 League games ;)
Won 11
Drawn 14
Lost 1

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year ;)

Yes ok. Ive actually travelled to each and every home game including pre season and seen the petulant child we call a manager cripple a team of good players with his inept tactics and clueless substitutions. You are obviously one of the morons thinking we will get more than 68 points this season. Dream on if you think we will win 15 to 20 more games this season from the remaining 25.

I'm assuming 81 points will be enough for automatic promotion, TOP 3 finish.

Current Table
PLD.....W......D.....L......PTS.......PPG
23......10.....12....1.......42.......1.83

Required for 81 points
PLD.....W.....D.......L......PTS......PPG
23......13.....0......10......39.......1.70
23......12.....3.......8.......39.......1.70
23......11.....6.......6.......39.......1.70
23......10.....9.......4.......39.......1.70
23.......9.....12......2.......39.......1.70
23.......8.....15......0.......39.......1.70

Based on our current PPG 1.83 we would finish on 84 points, which is usually Top 3 :D .

In our last 10 league games we've averaged PPG 2.2

So, halfway stage and on course for automatic promotion :D

Best defensive record in the division, only conceding 16 goals in 23 games

Only 1 defeat in Flitcroft's last 28 League games ;)
Won 12

The next 2 league games will be tough, based on the Mariners & Cumbrians current form

Carlisle.....10......6...1...3....19
Grimsby....10......6...1...3....19

Carlisle have WON their last 3 home games , 4-0, 6-0 & 2-1

Absolutely no way that Grimsby will be a tough game, because after we played them, just less than two months ago, the footballing experts on here told us all that they were rubbish, utter crap and almost certainties to go down.

They told those of us that saw the beginnings of a decent mid table to top of mid table side that we were clueless and out of date because we don't believe in Chartreuse cubes or whatever. Well that utterly crap side ten games ago were on an identical points tally as Nottingham County, now they are 14 points clear of the drop and just six off the play-offs.

However, that matters not for our experts say they are utter crap, so it will be an easy 3 points. No problems.
Cause youth’s a mask, and it don’t last.

Grimsby have one eye on Spurs next weekend. Hit em hard lads, they will shirk the tackles.

Should be a fairly easy game for Crystal Palace then if their focus is on Spurs

I think both games will be challenging.

If we can get 4 points from that I’ll believe.

It’s such a close league, get 0 or 1 points from those and could be 8th! - though got games in hand.
