Loads of their fans calling for the manager’s head and think he’s ruined the best team in the league.

They truly are demented if they think that bunch of bottlers had any chance of winning the division no matter who is in charge. One fan even thinks they are a massive club at this level and should be Championship at least.

Lots of them even want Neil Warnock back until the end of the season so they can take their time recruiting a top manager.

Continue with that mindset and they will be back in non league after next season.

You have to think that the appointment of Maynard has to be up there with the decision to give John Dempster the managers job here at the Mill. His after match interviews are so cloned and boring it's not true.

I have no doubt it was a strange appointment but no way were they the best team in the league. They had multiple problems before he came in and the squad he inherited is just not good enough. The mindset of their players is totally wrong and they crumble under pressure. Work rate is also a problem.

It would actually be funny to see a fully functioning Neil Warnock work with that bunch and I’m sure bruised egos would litter the dressing room.

70% possession for county yesterday . What’s the point of that.

If memory serves me right, the lowest they've had almost all season was 64% against us. Imagine week in week out watching them completely dominate possession but knowing it's only a matter of time before they concede

Warnock may help them if he was to return but as for play offs etc that boat has sailed.

Every game they have 70 - 80% possession. Early doors it worked but now teams have got them sussed. Let them keep the ball then when you get it you score. Simples.

I would imagine both Langstaff and Crowley will be gone in the summer, not sure how long McGoldrick’s contract is but you take those three out the equation and County are relegation fodder. A massive rebuild required and I would imagine there’s a pretty decent chance it will be a new manager too.

I think he’s included him in the relegation fodder which is where I’d put him. He’s far too temperamental for a promotion winning team.

There's an article on countymad where they are stating an average attendance of over 11,000.
It's actually 9975 for this season.

Bill still thinks Notts County are a big team
Bill suffers from short term memory loss
Bill talks about history more than a history teacher.
