They usually play that Rolls Royce team every season, win about 19-0, then tell everyone that they are dead certs to go up based on that result alone.

I assume Rolls Royce haven't got a team to scrape tohether now because they furloughed everyone from the factory or made them redundant.

Hucknall Rolls Royce Leisure play in the Central Midlands League and will be doing so next season. The club are a far cry from the late 90’s and early 2000’s when, like most step 7 football teams in Notts, they were a lot stronger.

The team, like most at step 7, facing massive problems with funding, recruiting players etc so must be applauded for keeping football, in a purer form, alive for the community.

However, I heard from someone IKN that last season they only played the kids against County, to give them a run out.................. :D

That's a huge risk with all their fans being over 70 and vulnerable

I think you have misread that Sedgwick.

I think he is saying that the County lad who does the YouTube videos wants to be like Craig Priest.

He isn't insulting Craig.

That's how I read it

He was brilliant again. Very busy all over the pitch, kept coming into midfield too and on the wing!

The right decision.... Waste of time starting when a another lockdown is impending.

No one in the Premier league will care because 90% of them are owned by foreign billionaires who wouldn't give a toss about the proud history of English clubs throughout the divisions.

But to be fair if your a Saudi oil baron who owns a top Premier league club why would you give a s**t about teams like us? To them we're just an annoyance to deal with in the fa Cup 3rd round.

free live stream of Notts Co vs Harrogate in FA Trophy this evening (kick off 7.45)

Jimmy Knowles is, I assume, not eligible to play.

National League clubs won't have the funds to play without fans. So actually the right thing for the league to protect the clubs, however annoying it is.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Charlie just explained: 6 new signings allowed per side. So Knowles didn't make the cut.

extenuating circumstaces of course. Harrogate are several league and cup games into the season. Notts are still in pre-season.

Harrogate are deserved winners over Notts Co and are into the FA Trophy final.

Enjoyed the coverage from Charlie and Stall.

Ardley doesn't know the extent of the Cal Roberts injury yet, will find out over next few days. Hope he's ok, looked a bad one.
