MM-Podcast Ep 4 'Whatever Will Bee'

Postby craigpriest14 » Fri Aug 25, 2017 6:11 pm

Here it is! This week's Mansfield Matters Podcast, in memory of Duncan Russell, without whom - I wouldn't have the confidence to do interviews/ podcasts etc - Sleep well Russ [Craig]

This week’s podcast starts and ends with a tribute to Russ who will rightfully be remembered by way of applause prior to kick-off on Saturday.
It’s all change on the panel this week as with Nathan Edge still on international duty and Cam Felton on holiday – Craig & Mark invited fellow Mansfield Matters Blogger Kirsty Swann to join the show – filmed and recorded back where it all began… Titchfield Park.
This week as well as a touching tribute to Russ, the team talk stikers, following the addition of Kane Hemmings, finance following the news that the club are so close to breaking even and if the club should be aiming for Checkatrade Trophy Glory as well as League succsess.
On top of all of that, another instalment of ‘Ultimate XI’ as the right back is revealed, whilst the panel pick their choice for centre back – each week each panellist picks a player from a certain position, loanee, trialist or otherwise from the Stags past – they have 60 seconds to pitch their player and you, the listeners, vote for who you think should be signed for the Ultimate XI via Social Media.
The ‘Connection Question’ also returns whilst we’ll bring you right upto date with the prediction league, well kind-of!
As always the podcast is ‘For the fans, by the fans’ and we’d love you to interact via twitter/facebook – details below.

Main Account - @mtfcmatters

As Craig mentioned, he’ll be taking part in the memory walk in Clumber Park – raising money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society and Dementia, something a number of former footballers live with. More details can be found here http://www.mansfield103.co.uk/pages/alz ... mory-walk/
