Probably not. You've signed so many since your "million dollar manager " took over it's hard to say. Is Rowe no longer the golden boy striker ?

Chesterfield first 3 away games are at aldershot kings lynn and dover, you can almost understand why.

Being away at aldershot while we’re at home to bradford for instance.

The sheer thrill of playing such footballing hotbeds must almost be too exciting to contain.

Don’t diss the Shot :D

Think I’ll go to this one.

So to summarise, Boreham Wood placed a ridiculous (Championship level) price tag on this fella, all the Championship clubs immediately lost interest, but David Brent fell for it.

We signed a player who's played in a FA Cup final youth.

Enjoy your part time labourers.

Signed a striker who scored 19 goals in league 2 last season. Also scored 44 for Gateshead.

Thing is fella we don't wet ourselves making a song and dance about it. ;)

There's some guy called Lionel whose just gone on a free to another club. Clearly he wouldn't be good enough for the National League using your logic.

He signed for Boreham Wood in July 2019 on a two year deal, so has it expired or did he extend it?

His fee (if there really was one) is stated to be undisclosed. Why pay a fee if he is out of contract?. He is now 24 (just) which I believe is the age Bosman comes into play presuming that format is still valid post Brexit.

Your £100,000 fee is pure speculation and I believe to be just as exaggerated as your insistence that your manager is worth ‘millions’.

In any case he is obviously not confident of regular starts in the EFL or he would have signed for a club in a higher division.

Their strikers last season:-
42 goals in the conference
6 goals in League Two

Our strikers last season:-
32 in League Two
1 in League One
20 in the Conference

And we've MADE money by selling Jamie Reid.

This search and destroy hasn't got a clue what he's on about. Were miles ahead of that little non league club, bless em.

As staggering as it sounds, we’ve just bought one of the sought after talents in the bottom 3 divisions and he’s probably our 3rd best striker

Quite incredible what the club have achieved really, just shows what having one the most ambitious, forward thinking young Managers in football does for you.

So glad we didn’t go for an exposed, waning dinosaur

I’m sure Nigel will be fine for you but he’s been in the game for years and he’s at Mansfield……tells its own story I guess.

Dave Allen achieved something truly remarkable.

Taking you from the brink of the championship to nearly going bust in non league. Now that's ambition.
