My comments are not regarding the season ticket not scanning issue. Club needs to sort that.
My context regards time management, as I honestly don’t believe the IGU late arrivals are scanning related.

well it’s true, WSU turnstile scanner not working for about 10mins, the poor poor woman looked totally stressed bless her !
