Don't flannel it.

I was pleased that we at least got someone in after a complete butchering of the window, just like the last one. You might think that was a good bit of acquisitions but many don’t and didn’t. You’re a Clough fan remember. You’re not a Mansfield fan and you’re proving it on other threads, even defending Bear for his incoherence. Must be all of us that struggle to understand his waffling.

Here we go again with the not a mansfield fan raspberrys.

I wasn't defending bear, I was explaining his message wasn't that confusing.

As for butchering of the window?

Give over, such a ridiculous exaggeration.

2-0 Stags.

So coherent that a few posters questioned what he was on about. Not the first time the board Yoda has posted confusing babble is it.

As for the window, imagine if we’d got a couple of fit centre backs in. Think we’d have gone a dozen without a win ? Imagine where we might be now

Can't underestimate the confidence boost that Saturday will have had on the players. The game and the fans will have made them feel invincible.

Hoping we get Lapslie back to 100% and Forrester looked decent and will be loving his goal.

We need the game on to carry on the run. We had our last good run chopped by the weather last January.

I hope bear doesn't get upset here but he's nearly 80 years old and confined to a wheelchair.

I hope you and I are as coherent as he is at that age.

I can see your logic but we had four consecutive games postponed last January/February. We play again only four days later on this occasion and could probably do with a short rest.

Looks bad Sutton in Ashfield xmas lights cancelled tomorrow, perhaps a game off might suit us injury wise, and we could be playing in rain with a strong wind.
Carlisle have a 18-202 capacity ground with a average attendance of 4-765 a lot of players left during the summer and we can expect a good physical battle.
W 1 D1 L 3 in their last 5 games i see a battle in poor conditions, but will expect a point

Carlisle are the lowest scoring team in the division, with only 13 goals in 19 games.

Includes not scoring in 8 of the last 11 games.

According to EMT lots of rain but slackens at 4pm returning 8.30-9ish. Slight breeze atm, no precipitation.
Tonked it down most of Sat in Donkeyland and game was played to a conclusion. The pitch drainage issues have been sorted so unless it is truly biblical then I'd be disappointed if we didn't play.

Unless there’s structural damage or a threat to the attendees in any way, it should go ahead.

Quite often when the covers aren’t put on it’s done on purpose, but I can’t see that being the case today. No point having the game postponed, will make the Christmas period even more mental.

not as far as I know. I'm staying near Chatsworth and it has rained since about 11am but not that much heavy rain. I would be very surprised if there is a problem.
