Pete's a good guy, he knows my fear and we planned to get through this while we queued up to collect our Accy tickets. So I (well Pete has) have a Golden ticket and I shall go to the ball

Good for you Spiro, and Pete. You should be going to the big local derby.

Not sure if you had to drive all that way to do it, pal. Probably would have worked just as well at home.

Managed to get straight on a couple of minutes before 1700, no queuing or anything.

It needs stating how good it is of Notts to be charging £1 for under 12's by the way.

£23 for me and the lad is good value.

Cost me more than that to park at Crewe when the machine charged me to park for 3 days rather than a few hours.

It's the one downside still of the ticket site as the numbers seem to vary wildly.
I've just been back on and it was 3705.

Does that mean if the number gets to 3888 it will shutdown with the sold out sign when it might not be and then as they've put them on sale Friday evening there's no one around till Monday to adjust it????

It could be that ticket #2000 was in someone's basket and it was reserved for a while (or any other ticket) and then put back up for sale.

For all the panic about us having more season ticket holders than the amount given to us, there's still tickets available when you go online.

I think the TV coverage has made up some season ticket holders minds to stay at home.

Not selling out 3888 tickets in under 16 hours ( 8 of which will have been spent asleep) is hardly cause for comment -)

They will all go I’m sure

They will go to general sale and get snapped up. We take a lot of tourists away to County.

Tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders from 5pm on Friday 29 September via www.stagstickets.co.uk. One ticket per season ticket can be purchased and tickets will be sold on a first-come first-booked basis.

Subject to any remaining tickets, season ticket holders can then purchase tickets from 10am until 5pm on Monday 02 October, online or from the ticket office at One Call Stadium. Season ticket holders can also purchase tickets on Tuesday 03 October and Wednesday 04 October.

Does this mean that ST holders can buy additional tickets?
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Not until they go on general sale as it’s still 1 per season ticket

With seemingly just over 100 left I’d say it’s unlikely it gets to that stage

Looking on the Skunks forum it seems like they will be close to selling out too.

Hopefully the game will be a great advert for 4th Division football & Stags run out 3-2 winners.

I have to say, it's nice that in the build up to this game, beyond a bit of good natured ribbing (we all marry blood relatives & they are all incontinant geriatrics) there's none of that toxic annimosity that goes with the A617 derby.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

Could be looking at about 18,000? That would be the biggest crowd we’ve played in front of for many a year. There was just under 17k for Bradford away a couple of years back which must have been the highest in the last 15 years at least?

18775 at Bradford in Feb, then there was Wembley the year before and over 20k at MK Dons.

MK of course - tried my best to erase that day from my memory and it’s working to some extent!
