Really good idea to help with those finding a lump sum unaffordable in the middle of the cost of living crisis. I’m sure this will help us get well over 4K now.

Wouldn't have minded this option being introduced earlier, cheers Stags

Can see why they’ve done it from their perspective. Get the bulk of the season ticket money in early doors and up front, see where we are at, then make it more accessible for people who may be undecided.

I agree it's a great gesture but a little confused why it's only available for "full" price tickets..?

Works out just shy of £60 a month for a full price ST. I haven’t yet renewed so may wait and take advantage of this.

The club pay a percentage for each sale to the finance company.
Suppose you can't have it all ways.

They are charging a £20 admin fee for this...

I just think folk may have liked to have had the option of paying upfront for early bird price or full price in installments.

The Sheff Wednesday fans at work reckon that their early bird was for ONE week in JANUARY!

This is quality for the club. I bought mine yesterday, so won't be able to take advantage of it. But I am in the fortunate position of being able to purchase my ticket outright. This unlocks the door for so many folks. Fantastic.

My workmate has wanted one for years, but he has 4 kids and has had to pick and choose his games. Now he can get to them all. Brilliant.

I think it'll be a game changer for those umming and arghing about the outlay.

The early birders have benefited from a lower price. Those that are on the cusp of deciding what to do can now pay in installments. Genius move that will see more season tickets sold than last season.

Probably to avoid a large majority doing it so they can have the cash flow up front rather than monthly.

Now they'll get the ones who potentially didn't renew at the cheaper price for more money because they couldn't afford £325 upfront.

I suspect the cost to the club will be more than £20.

Fair enough , doesn't really effect me but when first reading the tweet it felt a bit strange but having read the replies I can see some logic to it.

As others have said to get over 4,000 after the tripe served up at home last season is a cracking effort - hopefully more to come.

If we’re decent at home this coming season you could be looking at a fair few all ticket games/sell outs.

At times it was disappointing, but tripe I don't think so. And I have seen tripe over the years at Field Mill. Let's hope we deliver next season.
