Carolyn is doing another Q&A on Instagram. I know a lot of people don’t have Instagram, and it’s difficult to cut and paste so I’ve transcribed a couple of the questions.
Q: Do you listen to the fans comments such as sacking a manager? Carolyn: Of course!!! We always listen to fans comments, it matters to us what everyone thinks and cares about! It’s just a lot goes into running a football club and things ain’t always easily fixed as they seem to be. life tbh Q: Do you need first team scouts? Carolyn: We are always looking for new talent at the football club! Get your CV emailed over to me. Some more questions. Answers don’t always seem to match the questions, there might be a copy and pasting issue within Instagram? Q: How do you think our season is going so far? Carolyn: Very disappointing. We need to be winning games! Manager and team need to find their formula and stick to it. Q: What are the expectations this season. If promotion, at what point is current form unacceptable? Carolyn: I hope that our fan base stick with us, like anything we will always have ups and downs! Sometimes you have to have the downs to appreciate the ups! Q: Does the drop in attendances at Mansfield worry you? Carolyn: I have to report to a board of directors and the Chairman, so I’m always balancing what’s right for the club and listening to everyone’s opinions. Your opinion matters.
