Stags boss John Dempster can confirm that owners John Radford and Carolyn Radford have today rejected a transfer bid from a League Two outfit for striker Danny Rose.

Dempster told iFollow Stags:
"We've had an official bid from a League Two side. It hasn't met the CEO's valuation of Danny, it was nowhere near. So from my point of view, I want to work with Danny. He's someone that I think's going to bring value to out team.
I'm very happy with Danny being here, and having spoken to him, so's he."
