The Stags reserves lost 1-0 at Hull last night. The Stags fielded a team made up mainly of the youth team against a strong Hull City side made up from the professionals.
Despite a 1-0 defeat the young stags gave a good account for themselves which impressed Youth Coach Paul Holland and Boss Keith Curle. Curle said: "It was very pleasing to see these young scholars coming up against a squad of pros and dealing with it. I am delighted at the way the kids performed."
