Mansfield Town will be holding its AGM in the Kevin Bird Suite at the One Call Stadium on Wednesday 12th November at 7.30pm. This AGM (like the last three AGM’s) has been organised by Stags Fans United Read the full details at the Stags Fans United website Mansfield Town will be holding its AGM in the Kevin Bird Suite at the One Call Stadium on Wednesday 12th November at 7.30pm. The main business will be to consider the accounts for the year ended 30th June 2013. Chairman, John Radford, and Financial Director, Jim Beachill, will be in attendance. This AGM (like the last three AGM’s) has been organised by Stags Fans United and members of SFU will be allowed to attend the meeting. If any member would like a copy of the above accounts or would like a question to be asked at the AGM then they should email SFU at info@stagsfansunitedsociety.co.uk Stags Fans United is the second largest shareholder in Mansfield Town and has purchased 10,000 Community Shares of 50 pence each in the football club for £88,600. It also owns 202 Ordinary Shares of £0.50p each which have been purchased by the Supporters Trust from other shareholders.
