Hemagou, 18, joined the Central College Football Academy last year following his release from Notts County.

After an impressive pre-season with NC Central, with victories over Birmingham City, Macclesfield Town, Boston United and Notts, Hemagou has joined League Two Stags and will link up with the youth and reserve teams in a bid to force his way into Paul Cox's future plans.

Ray Power, head of football at the College, said: "Kevin came in here and was entirely focused on gaining a contract in professional football and we are delighted that he has been able to do so.

"The lad still has a lot to learn which is great as there is still room for him to improve and I wish Kevin all the best at Mansfield Town."
