Cox said: “It is really just for the fringe players.

“I won't be involving any of the players who started at Ebbsfleet as I have to be careful.

“But I need to make sure the fringe players stay fully fit and ready as I believe, with so many games ahead, they will all come to prominence and we need them 100 per cent fit.

“Matt Rhead will get another run-out and we can also look at one or two of the youngsters.

“We weren't looking for a game really but when Andy (Sinton, Telford boss) phoned and said he was looking for some opposition, we thought it would be a decent game for us on a decent playing surface.”
