SSA pay for players' overnight stay
mansfieldtown.net,Fri 10 Feb 2012 We are very grateful to our official fans' club, the Stags Supporters Association, for their kind donation of £1,300 towards the cost of an overnight stay ahead of our match at Newport County on Saturday 18 February. http://www.mansfieldtown.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10325~2606948,00.html Boss Paul Cox told mansfieldtown.net: "The players, coaching staff and myself would like to thank the SSA for making this overnight stay possible. "It's good to see that the fans are supporting us in any way they can in our attempt to make this season a success." SSA Chairman Dean Foulkes said: "Thank you to all the SSA members for making this donation possible. "When Paul Cox approached the SSA, the committee felt that we should do everything possible to help the players prepare to beat Newport County." ----------------- |
