Teamtalk.com:
Mansfield assistant manager Neil Richardson could not have been happier after watching his side beat Colchester 4-2, thanks to four goals from Iyseden Christie.
Richardson said: "This was a great result and the lads worked their socks off. We do seem to like playing on a Friday night and let's hope we can make sure this is the turning point of our season.
"I thought we played exceptionally well against Cardiff on Tuesday and didn't get the result we deserved. And I thought it was going to happen again when Colchester levelled from a penalty that I thought was harsh. But we scored a great goal 40 seconds after that which was very important.
"It was nice to see us do what other sides have been doing to us this season when we went straight down the pitch and scored after Jamie Clarke had cleared off our goal-line.
"You wouldn't believe it but Iyseden Christie was stuck in traffic and only arrived at 7.30. He had no warm-up and went straight out there and scored four goals. That's Iyseden for you and I've told him we don't want to see him until 2.45 at Notts County on Saturday.''
