Field Mill Court Case Could Go Into 2012 mansfield103.co.uk, Monday 4th April, 2011 It is thought that Mansfield Town's dispute over the ownership of Field Mill is set to go on longer than first thought. http://www.mansfield103.co.uk/sport.php?n=1409 The Stags legal battle with Field Mill landlord Keith Haslam looks set to continue for perhaps another twelve months. The case was adjourned until this month by a judge in February but it will now head to a court in Birmingham for a pre-case hearing on July 1st. It is expected that a judge will then set a date for a full hearing but, because of the nature of the dispute, Mansfield 103.2 sources say it is unlikely that the case will not be heard at the earliest until 2012. ------------------ |
