After an even first half, Stags went behind 8 minutes into the second half when Martin Smith latched onto a bad backpass from Mark Lever to score. Smith added a second 8 minutes later.
Disley was stretchered off following a terrible clash of heads and appeared to be seriously injured.
Mark Hurst made a very good league debut at left back.
