Holland happy with Stags success
8 September 2008

Former Mansfield Town manager Paul Holland says he is happy to see the Stags doing well this season.

Holland was replaced by Billy McEwan in the summer following relegation from the football league.

The 34-year-old had previously been a player, a coach and assistant manager before being replaced this year.

"That's football," he told BBC Radio Nottingham. "It's not a good league but you still have to win games and they deserve credit for being top."

Holland is currently writing his autobiography, to be called Talking Double Dutch.

"I'm about three quarters of the way through," he said. "I started it about 14 months ago.

"I've spoken to a few publishers and they're very interested so hopefully by Christmas it'll be out."
