RORY BOULDING RETURNS, REET SCORES
11th October 2007 8:53

Mixed fortunes for Stags loanees
CHAD.co.uk, 10 Oct 2007, By John Lomas
THERE were mixed fortunes for Stags loanees Danny Reet and Rory Boulding in their Setanta Shield showdown last night.
Reet grabbed his second goal of the week for Alfreton Town in their 3-0 first round victory over neighbours Hucknall Town at the Impact Arena.

Reet made it 3-0 on 77 minutes after earlier goals by Peter Knox (7) and Kris Bowler (73).

But young Boulding was shown a straight red on 50 minutes for throwing an elbow in a melee on the penalty spot while awaiting a Hucknall free kick - which will earn him a three-match ban.

Reet had tucked away a penalty kick for Alfreton in their 2-2 draw at Gainsborough Trinity last weekend.

It was Boulding's last game for Hucknall at the end of a month-long loan period, which will not be extended.
------------

Evening Post website reports that Rory Boulding will not be kept on at Hucknall Town past his initial month-long loan.
But Hucknall boss David Lloyd today confirmed he will not be extending the deal, which has now expired. Lloyd said: “His month is up but I told him I don't see the point in renewing it when he can't play for three games.”
