STAGS' chairman James Derry was bailed by magistrates again this morning.
Derry (55) first admitted the drink driving charge in June, and this morning Newark magistrates further adjourned the case until 3rd Steptember –– pending the review of a report on why he should escape a ban.

The Mansfield Town FC chairman –– who was excused from attending court this morning –– was stopped by police as he drove along the A46 Newark ring road on 11th May this year.

He was found to have 60mgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath –– compared to the legal limit of 35.
