Jamie Walker Charity Football Match at Glapwell A Charity Football Match is being played at Glapwell FC on Sunday 20th May, with the proceeeds going to Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield.. Some people may remember that Belper Town's Jamie Walker, who was struck down with Hodgkins Lymphoma, arranged a Charity Event for Kings Mill Hospital raising £20,000. Happily, Jamie has now in full remission but his fundraising efforts continue and the Charity Game at Glapwell will hopefully help to boost the funding of this very important area for cancer treatment. |
