SSA STATEMENT ON COMMERCIAL DEALBETWEEN 103.2&MTFC

SSA have been encouraged by recent meetings with James Derry and Mansfield 103.2 who both appear enthusiastic and willing to listen to ideas and suggestions from supporters for improving the set up at Mansfield Town. The SSA see the announcement of the recent commercial deal between 103.2 and the club as potentially a huge step forward in promoting and improving the image of the club and back the agreement 100%. SSA look forward to contributing ideas from our members direct to both the club and 103.2. All at SSA firmly believe long term a new owner needs to be found in order for our club to really compete and progress and hope to see the club change hands as soon as possible. However the SSA also firmly believe the football club is bigger than any one individual regardless of the size of the shareholding and any deal which will help actively promote, market and grow our club regardless of the owner is welcomed by SSA as an excellent and positive move.
