Stags' fan dies after derby match

POLICE have revealed the name of a Stags' fan who died shortly after Saturday's derby clash with Notts County.
Colin Green (65), of Windsor Road, Mansfield, died following a crash on Quarry Lane, Mansfield, as he drove home from the match.

Mr Green was driving his grey Toyota Corolla along Quarry Lane when the car crashed into a road sign near the entrance to the Timberland Cycle Way, just before 4pm.

He died a short time after being taken to King's Mill Hospital.

A front seat passenger, a 13-year-old boy, was not injured.
