FTYBR: DO YOU, THE FANS, WANT A FANZINE?

Sales of issue 61 of the fanzine Follow the Yellow Brick Road last Saturday were extremely disappointing. Only 150 copies were sold.
The fanzine has been going strong and enjoyed by Stags fans for 16 years. The previous lowest sales figure was 300, and that was in the darker days of smaller crowds. Even with an increased price of £1.50 this season, sales of 150 copies are nowhere near the break-even figure. So the question is: do you, the fans of Mansfield Town, want a fanzine? If you do, then you need to get out there and buy a copy, when you will have another chance at the Lincoln away game and Leyton Orient home game. We feel that the quality of the fanzine has never been better. But we can't run it at a loss. So the choice is yours. FTYBR editorial board |
