Speaking to mansfieldtown.net Stuart Watkiss pronounced himself happy with the 2-0 victory and the level of performance from his players. "We're getting better as its going along. There has been a big uplift in the camp with Scott Sellars and Matthew Gadsby signing, if has given the lads a bit of a spring in their step and todays performance I'm delighted with. It could have been upteen at the death and we have got to work at putting the chances away but the football today was excellent. The players looked sharp up top and I'm delighted with that work-out". Watkiss also praised the return of Sellars saying he proved what a good player he is and then spoke about on-loan Matthew Gadsby saying he wanted to bring him to the club on a permenant deal but that he was happy to have him initially on loan. "He's got a presence back there, he organises and hopefully he'll be a good player for us".
