Andy Perry, the man behind a bid to buy Mansfield Town, hasn't ruled out the possibility of joining forces with the supporters group Team Mansfield. Mr. Perry, who owns the club's main sponsor, Perry Electrical, tabled an offer to the current Chairman Keith Haslam last week. Team Mansfield organised a march last Saturday in protest at the way the club is currently being run, and they're looking to make an offer themselves. Mr. Perry, though, says they may eventually join forces.

The man behind Mansfield Town's main sponsor, Andy Perry, insists his bid to buy out current Chairman Keith Haslam is not a miracle cure for the club. Mr. Perry, who owns Perry Electricals in the town, has tabled a bid to take full control of the Stags. He says, though, that he doesn't have a bottomless pit of money to offer.
