Statement from Chris Vasper, TEAM Mansfield:

Due to the sensitive nature of tonights game against the Shrews, TM will not be taking any banners into the ground and we are asking that anyone who has a banner does the same just for this one game.
There are plenty of games where we can demonstrate but we think there is a time and place and tonight would not be right for obvious reasons.

In recents matches, protests against Keith Haslam have continued, from incensed Stags fans.

At Grimsby, banners were clearly in evidence:

Meanwhile, with banners now banned inside Field Mill, three banners were on display on Quarry Lane before the Lincoln game, shown below :
