Cup tickets on sale
CHAD, 28 December 2005
MANSFIELD Town's ticket allocation for the FA Cup third round tie at Newcastle United will be 5,000.
United's away end only holds 3,000, but after negotiations with the Premiership giants, Stags have managed to secure another 2,000 tickets in a home stand which will be segregated off. However, Stags have had to purchase the tickets in advance - there is no sale or return on them.
The tickets are already on sale to season ticket holders and anyone with a voucher from the Peterborough game until 5pm this Friday. Those remaining will go on open sale from 9am on Monday.
SSA coach tickets for the Newcastle trip are on sale as of now at Andrew Saunders Insurance office on Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield (next door to the Modhu Mitha Indian Restaurant) - cash only.
SSA will also be selling them at the next two home games (Bristol Rovers and Lincoln City) from the X-Bar before and after the match and on SSA coaches for the next two away games (Northampton Town and Oxford United). Supporters wishing to travel with SSA must purchase a travel ticket before the day of the match as no cash will be taken on the day.
The prices are: SSA Members: Blue - £15, Amber - £14, U16 - £13, U10 - £8. Non-Members ( includes free SSA membership): Adult - £20, U16 - £15, U10 - £10.
