The league table shows that the Stags cannot catch Torquay in 4th place as the goal difference is 8 inferior. Similarly, Northampton in 7th place cannot catch the Stags as their goal difference is 9 inferior.
So the Stags will finish in 5th or 6th. This means they will play the team in 6th or 5th. That can only be Lincoln or Northampton. Yeovil can reach 7th place, but not 6th. Meanwhile the Stags finish the regular season with an average away following of: 888. Highest Stags away following: Doncaster 2760; lowest Stags away following: Torquay 180.
