CURLE ADMITS STAGS LACK CONFIDENCE
Evening Post website Mansfield manager Keith Curle admitted his players' lack of confidence is starting to take its toll. Curle said: "Right now I have a fragile squad who are finding it very difficult to do the simple things. "I can give them discipline and a style of play, but I need to find out how to give them confidence and the only way I know is to practise things repeatedly. "I know the buck stops with me as manager and I'm not going to shy away from that. This is the hardest time I've had since I took the job." Gareth Seddon fired Bury ahead from close range on 26 minutes and Danny Swailes doubled the lead three minutes from half-time with a penalty after David Nugent was fouled in the area by Luke Dimech.
