Neil Lazarus, Jamie Shaw, David Rew, Chris Beardsley and Dan Holyoak have been offered the chance of a third year's scholorship at Town.
The five promising Stags youngsters have impresses enough during their previous two years with the club to be given the third year which they will use to try earn themselves a professional contract.
Lazarus, Shaw, Rew, Beardsley and Holyoak who have starred in the youth team and even provided the nucleus of the Avon Insurance League reserve side this season, will now all be back for a third term.
However, striker Dominic Elliott, who has just completed his third year, will not be offered professional terms by the club.
