27 Aug 03 Report for Stagsnet by Donny Stag Stags Reserves went down 3 - 1 in a behind closed doors freindly on Wednesday afternoon Both sides featured a few first team squad players and Stags put in a fair performance despite the losing result. Donny went ahead after 30 minutes, and Stags replied with a Buxton header from a Hurst free-kick. In the second half both sides made many changes and Donny scored two further goals. Match practise for some of the first team fringe and experience for the young Stags.
