I would hope the club managed to put a covenant (I think we had one ensuring football is played on the site) or some other agreement preventing asset strippers

Blimey Dan, why do you say that?
I'll be very surprised if they get anything out of the game.

that's classic you, Dan! You always take the pessimistic view before games. Every time we play Notts you say stuff like 'I've got a bad feeling about it this time' and every time we beat them! Keep it up mate!

It seems they are having another summer concert over at the " Prozact ", but the artist's name not yet announced. Are China Crisis still doing gigs?"

It’s a funny old game. Luton are capable of slipping up against awful teams. It’s a free hit for them like it was at Field Mill so they can go out and play with no pressure. And there’s no such thing as a dead cert which is why you never see a poor bookie.

We're gonna get bummed today.
Hopefully Luton will pull our pants back up for us and call us a taxi when they're done.

Unlikely. We have no fit striker and a central defensive pair aged 20 and 21 who hadn't met before we shipped four at Accrington.
The only possible positive scenario is that Luton play awfully and we somehow get some scrappy set piece goal that we cling on to.
Realistically, 0-3/0-4.

But you’ve got SJL the best manager in the lower leagues and he has now brought his own players in from all his contacts in the game and you have got to start your run to overtake us at some point, where’s the positivity gone?

Just popped into North Sea Fish Bar on Sheff Road on the way home and hearing most Spireites fans talking about damage limitation today. Not heard one that was hopeful. Luton are a formidable side and Chesterfield a struggling one with mainly NL quality players and I think this is the realization for many Chez fans. Could be an entertaining game though today as i'm sure Chesterfield will play their part.
