Are we sure it’s a fan zone and not put up for end of season dinner seen as it’s not is use tonight

If this becomes a permanent bar/fan area, it would make sense to convert Sandys into a proper club shop.

This is long overdue but it certainly has a temporary look & feel to it. I know its cheaper than erecting a brick building.
Will this withstand the worst of British weather? Storm Babet type winds to come next winter?

Not at the moment we don't, but when we have full capacities in League One, it makes sense to capitalise with a proper club shop.

Just spoke to head security bloke at entrance to 1861 suite and as far as he is aware the so called Fan zone tent is for the end of season Dinner and may be used next year as a Fan zone

I'm thinking longer term than next season. Don't expect us to come straight back if we go up.
