Yes, an overseas iFollow season pass covers all games that are available (ie all games apart from Carabao cup, FA cup, and Sky TV games)

no.

Just putting this in my latest Stagsnet report: Due to broadcasting restrictions for the Carabao Cup, there will be no live streaming of the game in the UK or overseas, it will be commentary only on iFollow. The full match replay will be available to watch on Wednesday morning on iFollow.
