The Bishop St argument was there long before anyone had even heard of Flitcroft or Evans.
I remember criticising that stand in the 1970's! It is extraordinary to think that it is still sitting there derelict in this day and age - more than 20 years after the stadium was redeveloped.

As has been already said by others, why wait? We’d be losing out on revenue.
