It is a competitive fixture so does count towards doing the 92.

Of course it’s a competitive fixture. It’s in a competition so by that very definition, it’s competitive. Bookings aren’t relevant to this. It’s a sanctioned trophy.

No games in this a competitive fixture/catergory a game, not even the final.
It’s why although we played Everton academy side in this last season, we’ve still not played them in a competitive fixture.
Irrespective, it’s another £10k in the bank for the radfrods which is pleasing
