Agreed one of the worst away days of the season but beats sitting in a bed sit with a cat and a budgie, so count me in

First time going to Cambridge on Saturday. What makes it so bad?

3 of us travelling down.
Dan wrote:Cambridge is a beautiful city. I think the main issue for not liking the ground is that there's no parking and not many pubs nearby, that's what most people judge an away day on these days. If you are heading into the city before the match leave plenty of time to get there as Newmarket Road gets jammed up pretty badly.

There's also a lovely little pub which used to be my local called the Green Dragon, 10-15 mins walk to ground, across bridge over River Cam and then across Stourbridge Common, over the road from ground. That said it's been 20 year since I lived there so bet they've all gone now!
Parking - Stanley Road is where I used to live and there were no restrictions there when I was around. 10 mins walk to ground.
Anyone remember a game from c.1997 when they beat us by 6 or 7 and it rained, snowed, hailed and was glorious sunshine all in 90 mins?
