Looks simple from our end and agree keep Digby and make him feel wanted and part of new plans if he would be willing to stay after all that's gone on and get loan player in best we can to cover the gaps as White could not do the role all season.
I think Cameron should be cut loose and a great shame but u have to face facts sometimes he is injury prone and not up to playing a full season when we need a good defence to get out of the basement towards the middle stairs.

I think JR will be patient as long as he can see progress. Obviously if we struggle next season then I think DF will be struggling, but if we maintain a top 7 challenge then even if we just fall short I think that will show progress. Yes its a results business, but it is also about growing the club and with the new training centre we need to see youngsters like Graham, who are quite clearly good enough for the 1st team squad, breaking through.

I think fans like you need to get behind the manager for the new season Darren. As others have said, I definitely prefer DF's approach, on and off the pitch, I think it is time to forget last season and move on. He is radically different to Evans, thankfully.

I wish him all the very best Rob but he made a complete mess of it in the last 12 games last season and he now has the biggest budget Mansfield Town have ever had. Tyler Walker is also possibly the highest paid player we have ever had and I imagine Craig Davies, Otis Khan, Neal Bishop and Matt Preston did not come cheap and we paid transfer fees for two of them. David Flitcroft needs to get results quickly particularly at home otherwise we all know that the fans will start to turn against him. I do not think he will have the luxury of another two transfer windows if we are not challenging for automatic promotion this season. It's going to be an exciting season and I expect Stags, County and Lincoln to be up there challenging.

I think it’s a bit unfair in terms of budget because he had a lot of it tied up unlike Evans.

He’s definitely been seriously well backed with the signings we have made mind.

Regardless of anything, DF will have at least till the New Year - the only way he wont is if we're adrift in the bottom 2. If we're within touching distance of the play-offs by the end of the season then his role wont even come into question by The Radford's, even if it might by the supporters. I think they'd look at giving him every chance.

If i bought half a dozen 6ft bamboo canes from the garden centre, you'd probably be demanding i build a rail bridge over the River Maun :P

It's definitely results based, but results do not come instantly, and only the foolish clubs drop a manager because their rusk and gripe water hasn't arrived on time. You can only build as far as the materials and time allows you to ;)
If i look in pain it's because i'm thinking

Cant get a club and needs to keep fit... Pals with Flitcroft.

Shame he wasn't 100% fit, he was a rock for Bury.

He can still sign if he didn't have a club at the end of August, can't he?

Not saying he should or shouldn't just wondering.
