If this is true then it shows 100% what the first team will look like in the eyes of DF. Note that Bishop is relegated out of his starting plans with the transfer listed mob as i indicated yesterday because he is not good enough anymore legs have gone, he only played 2 1\2 games out of last 12 games for Scunthorpe for a reason being a bench warmer when it really mattered and not kicking a ball. Unbelievable then look at the raspberrying stats they dont hide the truth. Not surprised about Pearce either which is a proper shame because he should have been club captain last year and has stags blood in his veins. Hope Angol shines again because I doubted him but he is improving every game and will feature and force himself into the side eventually. Was surprised how well Atkinson Butcher and Digby did compared to some of DFs first choice at BPA in first half average low tempo game. Like it or lump it i am entitled to an opinion even if you dont agree. We shall see soon either way in about six weeks time when we have had time to see how the land lies? Tick tick

I'm embarrassed to support the same club as you! This is just utter nonsense.

Far too early to read anything into this.

Crazy to believe this is the team to start the league season, for example where is Logan?

was just thinking the very same

I agree. Gainsborough won't be happy.

I think they will look elsewhere for a friendly next season.

Can't say that I blame them.

So that would make the Hednesford starting 11 assuming playing 3-5-2
Logan
Preston
Cameron
Wilder?

White
Benning

Mellis
MacDonald
Khan

Davies
Walker

Leaving CJ and Danny as possible subs at either match.

Anyone going to Hednesford who fancies writing a Stagsnet report?

If so, please email me to let me know at martin.shaw.thestags@gmail.com

Utter rubbish!!! That’s not how finding your strengths and weaknesses work. It will more than likely end up being a mixture of players from different friendlies. You really have no idea how this all works. Bless!!!

the writing off or bishop already is embarrassing, hasn't even kicked a ball in a competitive match but 'he is not good enough, his legs have gone' after seeing him for 45 minutes against BPA.

I remember a lot of people writing kane hemmings off after 5 games, and then look how he finished the season with around 10-15 goals.

Would have hoped a team made up of MacDonald, Khan, Walker and Davies could have mustered up at least one goal against Vitoria (good side), Bradford Park Avenue, and Hednesford but so be it. Can’t take too much from pre season but looking forward to seeing how we get on in the next 4 Home friendlies.
