I think that when Jamma and Greeny were released we all accepted it as we were promised something better in return. Sadly time has shown that clearly was not the case. In my opinion we badly missed Jamie last season. He would never claim to be a great player but what passion he had. Even if he spent every game on the bench his enthusiasm and fighting spirit would rub off on those around him and he would not have accepted some of the half arsed performances from our show ponies. You can’t coach passion. It’s either in you or it’s not.

Same can be said for half of players here, hardly any passion. Especially from Angol.

I might have a ride out to watch this game. There's always been at least one player or manager sent off whenever I've been to Maltby. The locals standing behind the dugouts and Maltby's bumpy sloping pitch usually make it pretty tasty.

Jamie McGuire played for Frickley against AFC Mansfield last week. Frickley were 2-0 up at home at half time but ended up losing 3-2.

I watched about 5 mins, seen better Sunday league games, it was truly atrocious
