Ben Superstag wrote:Stagsnet. We are 4th in the league after a coasting victory today, click on our forum looking to enjoy our latest victory amongst like minded souls and we are revelling in those next doors downfall as the hottest topic on here.

It's time we shook this mentality off for a while, concentrate on ourselves, in an ideal world we will be 2 divisions above them next season and the best they could dream of is being in the same one. This thread makes us look obsessed though, just my opinion of course.

Well it's all nice and tidy, in its own long running thread.

The thread is clearly titled, giving the potential "clicker" every opportunity to decide whether he/she would like to discuss the demise of the moribund zigger zagging bad church constructors over in sheepville.

Don't wanna read it?

Dunna click it ;)

I'm intrigued as to why you had a dig at Stagsnet, if there were loads of threads on the cheats and none on the Stags you'd have a point. Maybe you need a hug??

Arsenal have their "St. Totteringham's Day" when Spurs cannot finish above them.

We should celebrate our own " St. Chesterfields Day" (someone come up with a better name please?!) It's been 24 years after all.

Chesterfield can still get 72 points.
We've only got 53

I realised my mistake and wanted to amend my post until SW19 quoted it to keep it there. Only delaying the inevitable though. Someone remind me when the day comes. I'll make a chumpta like prediction and say March. ;)

The good thing is it's only a game.

As a aside, I went to a house in Mansfield the other day worth ONE MILLION POUNDS.

Can you believe that? I couldn't either.

The problem is that you'd say that Barnet are pretty much gone, so there's only one space left so they only have to find one other club that's worse than them - and with 4 or 5 left in the mix there's a chance that they might.

Totally agree its unbelievable that a house could be valued the same as a football club, well thats after your pending relegation of course ;) - but as you say a side note for now.

Keep um coming chambta, anyone would think your a stag in disguise the amount of time your on here.

For the Carlsberg game to happen they need to be 7 points From 3rd bottom for us to relegate them . Currently only 2 points but 11 games to go before we play them . still on .

The gap needs to be more than 7 points as they have 3 games left after we play them.

Depends if the team in 22nd that day win and stay 22nd i.e doesn't drag another team in. Would take the gap to 10 points, if we then win at the same time it would send them down with 3 games to go.

All ifs and buts, lets focus on our February fixtures for the moment though (Chambta expects to leap frog us - even if now mathematically impossible - must be the five fingers and thumb on each hand he's using  ) - the spireite situation will take care of itself over the next month or so regardless.

In all honesty id take them staying up if they can take points off our rivals when they play them - and resulted in us going up, if they don't let them drop.
