BBC.co.uk: Stags offload trio
Mansfield manager Keith Curle has continued his clear-out at the club by releasing Danny Holyoak, David Jervis and Dion Scott.
The trio have had their contracts paid up until the end of the season and will not play for the Field Mill club again.
Scott only signed from Walsall in the summer, while Jervis has started 23 matches for the Stags.
Holyoak had just one start to his name.

mansfieldtown.net reveals that all three have accepted the offers in what is said to be purely a practical solution for the players future.
Keith Curle told the official site "I don't want players at the club that are not playing. Both Danny and Dave are young enough to find themselves a game and flourish, but there is just no place for them in the squad as it stands and it makes more sense that find a game and pick up some playing experience to advance their careers."
