His primary aim, Andy says, is to work with local government to seek out sites where new facilities can be built for our expanding youth academy, "I think I can take the club forward on the development side of things, which will mean liaising with the council and local authorities to secure pitches for our youth academy," said Andy, "This will build a bigger future for Mansfield as we aim to better our facilities." "At the moment, we have a site at Woburn Lane [in Pleasley]. There is some land at the side of there which we will look to put three or four pitches on, should this be agreed by the council. This will help us to help grow our youth system and further the education of our young players." On the club's communications, he added: "The club's communications are currently very good. "The chairman has invested a lot of his time and money to get us where we are.
