Briscoe signs new deal
9th May 2013 Winger Louis Briscoe has today signed a new contract, we are delighted to announce. Louis Briscoe is speaking to Mark Stevenson video interview at http://www.mansfieldtown.net/news/article/briscoe-signs-new-deal-814906.aspx#84iQBrjxg1lJo5kv.99 The 25-year-old, who played in every of our five seasons in non-league, fired eight goals last term in our championship-winning campaign. A fans’ favourite, he is the current longest-serving player at the club along with Alan Marriott having signed in January 2009. Louis Briscoe said: “I’m elated to have signed. It gives me the chance to be part of a Mansfield team that can prove we can do it in the Football League.” Said Paul Cox: “I'm really pleased that Louis has put pen to paper.
